Are cap and ball revolvers more accurate than cartridge revolvers?
Black powder/progressive powder what ever.

depends on the shooter, I have a 1858 remington 44 cal. BP with adjustable sights. I could hit golf balls up to/out to about 40-50 yds. that is just about as good as any cartridge pistol out there, with open sights. some of the remington and colts only have small blade sights and groves in the receiver for sights, with these accuracy is a little harder to acheive.

The two most accurate revolvers that I've ever had, were an 1851 Navy copy, and a K-38. In that order, no joke.
