    there had to be a few, other wise the production line would have shut down after the first dozen or so.............

    If you mean misfires or light hammer strikes, I fixed mine with after market nipples that had slightly longer cones. Goes pop everytime. Another fix is to use a thread of copper wire as a washer under the nipple to make it stick out farther. Someone else took material off the inside radius of the hammer, where it hits the frame, to make the hammer travel deeper, making solid contact with the nipple. Swapping nips is probably the easiest. Once they go bang they are great. One of my most accurate pistols and shoots to point of aim.
