CCI Musket Caps

I picked up a few tins of CCI Black Powder Musket Caps in tins of 100 on sealed plastic display packets - These were among some hunting and fishing gear that I bought at a garage/yard sale. I am not a black powder shooter and I am curious as to whether or not I could sell these on GB (assuming there is a market) - I am wondering whether or not these are a problem to mail. Thanks for any help.

    Usually worth about $3 - 4 per 100, unless they are special or something ( antique? ).
    Can not mail. Should go UPS Ground, or Fed Ex ground.
    Probably should have an ORM-D label.
    OOPS. Forgot that they also require a haz mat fee, usually $20.

    Just bought several tins of musket caps from Dixie Gun Works. They were shipped to me via UPS; no HazMat fee and no special markings on the package. I have to think that DGW follows shipping regs pretty closely.
