    I tried it in my .54 last year,saw no reason to buy it again.

    I've used it many times. It is cleaner burning and a bit less corrosive then regular black powder. But, by no means is your firearm more accurate with it over black powder. It is, however still better then those god forsaken pellets! LOL!! Pellets were made for the lazy enthusiest!! LOL!! I've found that regular black powder works for me. I don't use anything else anymore. Every firearm I tried with Select Pyrodex just wasn't as accurate as shot with the same loading of black powder.
