where can i get???

i need some 2-3 inch white or buff cotton webbing. i want to make a mills type cartridge belt so it needs to be heavy. i have tryed searching but no results. any suggestions??

    OK...here's the disclaimer...this is gonna sound weird as hell, but work with me here! [:D]

    I have actually heard of people making web belts out of old hose from the fire department! [:0]

    I never would have believed it if I hadn't actually seen the end result of this. Check around some of your local fire stations and see if they don't have some real old hose laying around...they'll probably just give you some of it!
