CVA Electra and Colorado Muzzle loading

bull300wsmbull300wsm Member Posts: 3,289
Just a heads up for anyone coming to Colorado to muzzle load. I was told by a friend that the Electra would not be allowed this year. I looked it up and that's what it says; Electronic or battery-powered devices cannot be incorporated into or attached to the muzzle-loading firearm. You can check for yourself on the Colorado DOW website....Bull

The Colorado muzzle loading seasons were established with the intent of hunters using old technology black powder arms without having to share the woods with a bunch of ultramagnum high tech types. If somebody wants to use an inline with a scope with electronic ignition or some other gizmos they should hunt in the regular season in my opinion.
