I have a black powder replica cannon .75 cal. with a 19 inch barrel and was wondering what would be a good starting load and what patch material works the best with round balls ? Thanks in advance for any info.

I've always used pillow ticking for round balls, and had very good results.

As far as loads, the formula I use is 1.5 times the caliber to start with, and work up or down from there, so I'd start at about 110 grains.

Well it is the same size as a brown bess. I got good results in it with 90 grains and a .735 ball. What are you trying to hit?
