Finally started to put together brass - fireform etc. for this rifle that I've had for a few years now.Original 1885 that was built into this fine rifle by a Navy man back in 1964 while stationed in California.I still need to order dies - have that in the works. Anyone using this cartridge - thought or ideas on loads? My initial plan was to load with black powder and cast bullets. Has anyone tried that with this caliber? Keep up the great discussions.
