This is my first muzzleloader. I would like someone to give me the best loads for this BIG .54cal. 1:48 twist. Does anyone have a instruction book for this?

With a 1:48 twist it ought to shoot round balls pretty well.
Try the .570 round ball and pillow ticking. Use Old Zip patch lube to lube the patches. You can get all that stuff at dixiegun.com

Then buy black powder, and try 70 grains, 3 shots.
Then try 80 grains, 3 shots.
Then move up to 90, and 100.
One load ought to be more accurate. Seventy grains is plenty to kill a deer at 100 yards or less.

If you intend to shoot it alot look into Lee precision's line of bullet moulds. The R.E.A.L bullet shoots extremly well in all my 1 in 48 twist 50 cal guns and has great knockdown power on deer. Their products are economical and easy to use plus it is kind of neat to take a deer with a bullet you made yourself! good luck
