.327 Magnum in Marlin

I have a Marlin Cowboy in 32 Magnum and was wondering could it be converted to shoot 327 Magnums. I know it is strong enough. Any help would be great. Thanks.

seems to me that first check would be to see if lifter would accept the longer shell & load it...might try with a no powder/primer 327 to see...SAFETY FIRST...if that wont go then all else is wasted time, rechamber is out
