I just picked up a CVA I believe to be .31 cal 5 shot revolver. Sorry no photo's, but it a brass frame, spur trigger, walnut (I assume) grips, and octaginal barrel. Any ideas of loading data or of when these little guys were made?
Thanks
Thanks

Use black powder, 3f would be good. Fill the chamber
leaving enough room to load a tight fitting ball. Use
snug fitting percussion caps. Lots of experimentation
you can do but that is the basic and will get you started.
CVA might have loading data/instructions on their web site.
As to when it was made Italian replica firearms often have
a date code stamped on them, usually consisting of two letters.
Post the letters and maybe we can figure it out.

....I already tried the CVA website....no luck.
You may not have tried hard enough [8D]
Number "15" on the FAQ page "How can I receive an owner's manual for my CVA rifle, pistol and or Revolver?"
