Does CVA make different stocks for the Optima ??

I bought a CVA Optima last year for whitetail season. I topped it off with a Nikon scope and it quite accurate. It however has one major problem.....
I have large fleshy hands and with the way the thumb hole stock is cut, it bangs the crap out of the top of my thumb. I have tried a couple different types of gloves and they did not help....so I am hoping to replace the stock...
Anyone else have this problem....
