Some will die in hot pursuit
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain

Perhaps that one is special. [:D]
I have a Savage 110, in 22-250, is not semi-auto.

maybe the extra recoil of .243 makes it cycle?[:D]

Good point! I had not thought of that.
Perhaps a 300WM would make it go full auto! [:0]
Couldn't help but notice that tidbit in the listing.[:I]
"All BUY IT NOW AUCTIONS are FOR SALE in our store locally and we reserve the right to cancel an auction early or cancel a winning auction if the item has been SOLD in our store locally prior to ending the auction on GunBroker."

JIMMY !!!
im putting a shout out to the capt
As I have said before, they can say that all they want, but when they actually try to do it they will find out that they cannot stop an item with a bid that has met the reserve. If they do not complete an auction they will be kicked off of GunBroker.com (if the Buyer tells us. If it happens and no one tells us, not much I can do.)
Would this rule apply to this auction considering it is a "buy now" only listing? What if he sells the gun in his store and before he stops the auct., someone hits the buy now.

He describes it as "very rare". I suppose a lever action "semi-auto" would qualify as "very rare". Even after I questioned him about it he has not changed the ad.
The women kept pulling the trigger firing many rounds without ever working the bolt.

How about this current auction for a "semi-auto" Ruger 96/44?

I don't think you can change the main text after a bid has been placed but he did add this

That was the main reason I didn't point out that verbiage in the listing. It's Buy Now only so, it's not going anywhere.... unless folks are really dumb.

Look again. I can go bid on it without hitting buy it now.
I'll admit someone would have to be an idiot to do that,
But I digress, people are idiots.
Edit, I see you acknowledged that already

Yes, I thought that after a bid has been placed it can't be withdrawn from the auction. Hey, I have a semi-auto revolver so I'll believe anything!
Wow. You own a Webley-Fosbery? What a find! [:D]

I didn't notice the change.(My bad.) That was in response to the E-mail I sent him. His reply was at 3/26/2016 7:32:58 AM "Very rare rifle you shouls [sic] buy it!"
The German G41(M) is a semi-auto bolt action.
Yep. I had one years ago. You can turn off the Bang gas system and operate it as a manual bolt action if you want.
It was a Mauser produced weapon following the military specifications perfectly and was an utter failure.
Any dirt would foul them and they were eventually transferred to the U-boats after troop trials.
Mine came out of South America, so it's plauable it came over at the end of the war with Josef Mengele or Adolf Eichmann.[:p]
