Looks fun. How is casting from a kayak? Pretty stable?
This is apparently the only photo I have of mine. The nose of it, anyway.
I’ve done a lot of fishing and duck hunting out of it.
Taught myself to shoot left handed, because I couldn’t shoot to the right out of it right handed, by sitting in a pasture in it, and having buddies throw clay birds on my right side. Got pretty good.
First time out cruising wild rice beds in northern Minnesota, a flock of mallards gets up to my right. Pull up, drop one with the first shot, and about tip over doing it. Wasn’t ready for the recoil left handed.
Mine is a sit inside, Old Towne I bought in 1999. Still going strong.
I haven't done any fishing out of mine yet. They are fun and relaxing to paddle around in though.

Buddy’s brother wrapped it around a log jam, and destroyed that canoe. He hopped in with someone else, and the wreckage got towed.
All I can say is "wow"! How do you guys squeeze your "cajones" into those tiny little boats?
