or just vandalism. Someone threw a cantaloupe sized rock through our giant window up front in the store.
Not sure, my guess is they were testing or security, seeing how long it takes for police to respond, etc.
Got the call about 2am. Went to town, probably takes me about 10 minutes to get to town once I get the call from the security company. The police officer said she was there roughly 1 minute after getting the call(small town).
I posted up a $1000 reward for info, has around 300 shares so far on our FB page. Hopefully someone wants to get paid.
I just taped it up the best I could for the night.

That is our gas station. We have fairly extensive camera coverage...inside, but nothing outside. Never needed outdoor cameras in 30 years but we decided that I'm going to have them added to our system now, I'll call tomorrow to schedule an install to have them added to our existing system.
Yes, we are a town of 2200. We have a similar security set-up minus outdoor cameras. Glass break, motion, door sensors, backup, remote viewing. Phone lines are irrelevant because modern systems use both phone and cell. Generally a modern system is tough to beat unless you really really know what you're doing.
I just talked to security company to nail the timeline down. Alarm(not silent, very loud) tripped at 1:49. I was called at 1:51 and that was after they dispatched police. Police said they were here approximately one minute after being called, i believe her because even driving the speed limit you could traverse our whole town in around 2 minutes.
You must mean this one.
