Meet Shiggles the Beagle

Brother's beagle had puppies. He didn't want the females from the litter so I snagged one. They were recently weaned so she is now chewing up everything in the house that I let her keep. Have to let her burn up the puppy energy so she will sleep at night.

A beagle has a howl on her like no other dog I ever heard.
I hope you have a lot of room for the beagle to run around. I bet our Daisy does 11 miles a day, and this up and down the mountains.
Oh yeah, Daisy is a Rodent Hound. If you have any "pet" squirrels or rats or moles, kiss 'em "goodbye."
Daisy catches all rodents and then tortures them like a cat would. Stomps on 'em with her paws and then throws them up in the air. Won't let you get near her "toy." She will torture a squirrel for at least a half hour.
Allen, Daisy is beautiful. I love the tri-color beagle. Growing up we had a male beagle who threw silver pups. They were blanket back tri-color. Wish I had pictures.
Brother and I have 35 acres each which butt up against each other for a total of 70 acres of deer, rabbit, squirrel and all manner of critters.
She is staying inside until she is large enough to not have to worry about hawks. She will be my rabbit dog. I'm also hoping she will work on the vole situation. Should brother aquire another male beagle she will be available for breeding.
Shiggles... A conflation of sh!+s and giggles?
Well, which part? Elaborate please.
