The neighbor across the road has a grandson that seems to find the biggest one around every year. Hopefully one of us old farts will get a shot at this one next season. !!!!
You know, today’s young men are often maligned, but I know quite a few “ millennials “ who hunt hard and often. They spend hours in stands and are up on the latest tactics and technology. Heck, when I was their age, deer season was just a two week break from chasing girls.

I think they know when hunting season ends each day toward dark
really makes me think when i walk way back into woods to hunt, see nothing , and when walking back to truck I see huge deer tracks on top of my tracks from earlier-50 yards from truck

I did find my way home.....Luckily from that stand, I headed West 800 yards and I am in my back yard....😀
Never forget the time I sat all day up in the stand and never saw a thing. Stayed a little late and while climbing down a nice buck literally ran by me no more than 3' away😉
