Looks like a good mowing and raking tractor.
wheres the snow??????
That is what I got it for as I have larger tractors. These smaller tractors in good shape are hard to find and don't come cheap. After looking under the hood of the new ones with all the regenerations/DEF added equipment , sensors, circuit boards etc., I wanted one I might could work on. A neighbor has a 2 year old Kubota an it has been in the shop with Emission related problems several time. I don't know what the guy will do after no warranty. Maybe junk it.
We have missed it all just about so far here is westerner Virginia. The weather split when it hit the mountains either going north or farther east.
Those are a nice size for a utility or chore tractor. No personal experience with that particular model but expect it should run fairly cheap. We looked at a slightly older model similar to the 4630 as a host for my EZee brand front end loader but couldn't find the right brackets and ended up mounting it on an even older 4000.
Those mid-sized FORDs will run forever if given care and maintenance. My Son and I have two of the 4000's I started farming with back in the late 60's.
Nice!
Sweet, what is the intended usage?
Congrats
That's practically new compared to my 1020JD made in 66, the year I graduated from high school. Nice rig.
Nice tractor. Was it manufactured in the USA?
Nice
It says made in England on the side. I don't know if that is the whole tractor.
That should serve you well. Nice rigs those Hollands are.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
You got a good one, the new ones are a problem with all the fed emission stuf that goes wrong. Your is a mechanical beast that is built to last..😀
Looks nice! I have a 2010 NH Workmaster 55 which is about like yours except it is front wheel assist. It was made in Turkey but so far I haven't done anything except service it. It has about 2000 hours on it.
The one you have should last many, many hours yet.
