About to cross an auction side milestone

Been a long road, started on 2003 with my personal account, shootuadeal, which I was using for the store and my own stuff. Around 2006 I started an account just for the store so there was no confusion of buying/selling etc. In 2014 I hired a guy to take care of all the gun paperwork and sell on Gunbroker as his two main functions, and fill in on the salesfloor as needed. Vast majority or the sales have been firearms, I don't know how many actual transactions that equates to but probably close to 2000 as it seems feed back left for us is only around 50% or so.

We try to do our best to make sure the customer is happy, only a few plain As and a couple of Bs on there. The only truly bad feedbacks we got were retaliatory from NPBs or other idiots and removed by support.
