IMR 4064 clumping in my trickler

Anybody ever had this happen before? It's sticking together in little clumps and I'm not sure why.
I am pretty experienced with this powder and it is my go to for all standard length action cartridges.
I can't seem to figure out why. I washed the trikler out , used a hair dryer on it inside and out, then let it air dry inside my air conditioned house for two days before putting powder in it.

use a dryer sheet, you got STATIC CLING!!! wipe the surfaces out and you will cling no more.
One other thought, is the powder old? Does it smell like acetone? Is there brown dust in the can?
Winner winner chicken dinner! A rub with a dryer sheet did the trick!
I had clumping in my trickler, but saw palmetto works wonders.
A powder baffle is a good idea if you don't already have one.
