The first few of those don't look like much of a challenge. Not gonna do the spicy one though, just don't care for that. The 96 oz might get challenging, but looks doable.
Some will die in hot pursuit
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
I like mine pretty simple.........sesame seed bun (toasted or not) 1/4 lb medium patty with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and mustard.
Sometimes I buy the pre-cooked frozen patties to keep around for something quick and keep 'em with some buns in the freezer. I will eat those with ketchup or mayo. But if I go out, I am not going to ruin a good burger like that.
All this put me very much in the mood for a good burger. This is maid day and we usually order in to preserve the clean kitchen for a few hours, and just as I was about to suggest burgers, SWMBO said, "Let's get chicken wings for a change."
If you knew what parts of the cow went into a McD's burger you'd never eat another one. While working on a degree in agriculture I took a tour of a beef processing plant and saw what went into the McDonalds bin and into the Purina bin. The dogs were getting better stuff! It's 100% pure beef, but they don't want you to know what parts of the cow you're gettin'! That was in 1979 and I haven't eaten at a McDonalds since.
OK we can pay for a high end burger like in the original post or talk about cheap fast food, but nothing beats a home made burger on the grill like i made last night!
Be very careful what you say here Ruger4me. I have a cousin in Houston that is was very close to back in the early '60's. I lost track of her for 50 years and now we talk often. I may just show up.
I'm sure some of y'all have seen them. While I've only had the opportunity to enjoy it once, but Spangles in Kansas had the best fast food burger I've tried.
I occasionally eat McDonald's because it is fast and they are all over..........they never sit well with me though. You'd think I would have learned by now.
About 2 pounds of 93/7 beef, Johny's seasoning , finely chopped onions and jalapenos, winchester sauce, some shredded sharp cheddar cheese, along with some bacon bits all mixed together for 6 patties. About 9 minutes per side at 450, on top of some toasted onion buns.....Mmmmm

So...I'm STILL in the mood for the good burger!

I like my burger with McDonalds , McRib sandwich layered top and bottom on the burger. Nothing beats a real rib sandwich.
Workingman's Friend in Indy has been highly rated regionally for decades. Pretty darn good for a neighborhood bar.
😋
