Garden veg identification?

OK folks, my garden experiment with the two raised beds is going pretty good so far and as things started growing and coming up I can pretty much tell what each is... except for these two pictures. I kinda got ahead of myself when planting and didn't keep track of what seeds went where... (there was beer involved 😄) So looking at what I have already identified and the seed packs I used I'm thinking these could be broccoli or Jalapeno peppers... what do you think?

Yupp, I think you nailed the identification. I am months behind you as far as my garden. Bob
I think you nailed it. As for the beer involved, it's very important to stay well hydrated while working in the hot sun.
😊
Thanks Guys! I never grew broccoli before and didn't know what it is supposed to look like. The Jalapeno was easier as the leaves look like the other peppers I started from plants instead of seeds.
Bottom pic is definitely a pepper. I just planted some yesterday.
sigh
The snow in my yard is almost melted.
picked my first squash, cucumber, and cherry tomato today, sounds like a salad.
It could be Hillary Clinton. You never know!
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Isn't that what you till into the soil to fertilize the plants?
I think she would act more like Caseron.......
The last of my snow finally melted the other day,
I'm waiting for the ground to thaw now, the plants and I will be ready.
Reminds me of that traveling seed salesman from the movie "Second Hand Lions" 😁
Rows of the garden all labeled neatly with every vegetable known to man. All just CORN but the newby growers never bitc,,, one bit as they loaded the dining table high with those buttery ears!
But summer, when it comes, will last almost three whole days...
It's what you use to sterilize the ground, stave off wildlife, and bitter the water.

Top is the broccoli..........bottom are peppers.
