I would think it would void the red flag laws some jurisdictions have passed.
It it should definitely give the lawyers some more ammunition in fighting the red flag and a lot of other warrant-less confiscations... Really surprised more members here aren't talking about this...
You will notice the gun rights forum gets very little traffic overall. I think there are a lot of members here whom do not believe in the second amendment.
