Breaded pork chops, cast iron pan fried with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans.
Found a big chunk of doe loin in the freezer from 2019. Marinaded it since last Sunday.
Cast iron sear, trip in the oven at 350° for 10 minutes. Smothered in mushrooms, raw onions on top after out of the oven. Strips of bacon in the pan with it.
And of course a side of tequila sours...
Medic up!
Shrimp
I recently got some silicone egg rings so I can make my own "McMuffins".....they work well. Toasted English muffin, 2 eggs, cheese, and either bacon or ham.
Fish tacos...washed down with a couple cold beers...while sitting on the back porch watching the water roll past.
Wife is out of town, however I found a 3 year old hamburger in the freezer I'm just dying to grill up🙄
I think I would be ordering a pizza if I were in your spot......one with everything on it....make all the noises you want, no one to tell you to knock it off !!😜😲😳
OK :
Fresh Green Beans w-Smoked Ham Hocks & Tators !!!!!!

I grilled some burgers; partway through the meal my wife broke a tooth! The part that broke off is half the size of a kernel of corn. She's heading to see the dentist for an emergency visit in about 30 minutes. Maybe I overcooked them??
I have been finding a lot of bone chips in my burger and sausage lately. Good name brand stuff too. The few good teeth I have left need to be guarded by taking the first few chews with my bad teeth.
Kind of like playing Russian Roulette during an ammo shortage!
OK :
No idea as of yet for later ?
Had hamburger helper ( beefy noodle w-peperocini added ) !
Thinking maybe ????
Thanks !!!

I put two 3.5 lb chuck roasts with potatoes, onion, celery, and mushrooms in the oven this morning at 10 O'clock set on 250*. At 5 PM, I took the cover off, turned it up to 325* for 30 minutes. Fall apart tender. Going to freeze the one left for later.
OK :
Chicken Arms & Home Fries !!!
Thanks !!!
