well good news sorta
last couple months I have been having some issues ( no not that one ) 16 years ago I had by-pass surgery and the way I was feeling I thought my warranty was up short of breath pain in my chest tired before I even get started , so several + weeks back started the process going to the heart doc then a stress test and today ( Thursday ) a hearth Cath good news the heart Cath the docs aid my heart was in great shape even the 16 year old by-pass's looked like they could have done them a couple days ago best I could hope for as a result
side line story I was just about to be cut all good to go screeched on the table shaved and on display like a thanks giving turkey and with in a minute of getting drugged and prodded ( sorta Like a bill Cosby event ) a emergency heart attack patient came in I was put in a holding pattern shuttled to another room . but finely got my turn .
so the great news my heart is good thank goodness ,now my concern what's causing my problem(s) 😮so more test ahead . most all my family have died off from cancer so that is in the back of my mind of course but not focusing on it , so now my upcoming project start calling and setting up appointment's to find out what's not working
please note I am not looking for sympathy or prayers just venting mostly to help clear my head about it like thinking out loud, of course internet doctors are welcome to chime in LOL
there is a lot more people in a lot worse situations way more deserving of the attention and prayers than I so just focus your thoughts on them them please as I will be doing

a blood clot in lung/ pulmonary embolism? could cause those symptoms. I have had both, bypass and clot. clot caused me more pain and could hardly walk across room without having to sit down to catch my breath. good luck it could be many things, hope you got a good doctor and they can figure it out fast
Thanks
That's what I am thinking my SIL had a clot in her lung and had the same problems
yes I hope to get it figured out and my doctorcs have always been on top of any issues
I hope they get it figured out Dave. Good Luck.

Prayers for you from here, Ditch.
In my experience it is best to not self diagnose. Go to the doctors, get the test, review the information. There are a lot of possible reasons you are not on top of your game. Data will help isolate what is going on with you. If you've had a heart cath I'm sure you've had a chest x-ray which would have reveled some of what is being discussed here if it existed.
Our best from here.
Agree 100% why they make the big $
I am setting up appointments today
Never assume anything
Thanks
Best of luck for a quick diagnosis and effective treatment ditchrunner!
