To be happy the US women's soccer team got crushed in their 1st match?
I cannot stand them and all their sh*t talking and kneeling at the last Games.
In other news some Algerian judo guy refused to compete against his Israeli opponent and they booted him. He siad it was in support of palistine.................oh boy what a great gesture and the world is the same today the only difference is you are not competing............ What an idiot.................. If he wanted to make a gesture he would have competed and beat the Israeli.

Athletes are there to represent their nation as the finest they have to offer.
The Olympic committee should have booted the US women's soccer team for their disrespectful gesture. Would have sent a clear message that they aren't there to represent race, religion or politics.
no its not unpatriotic to not support them. they were the ones that chose to not support the country that sent them. i am really saddened and disappointed that sports, all sports, are no longer entertainment for those of us who cannot participate.
Thanks to Jimmy Carter for injecting politics into the Olympics when he decided to ban American athletes from participating, it now has become a political platform on the world stage with world wide news coverage. 😠

they Wanted to go watch the volleyball players
Well who wouldn't, Ros?
I'm with you, Sam. Hope they get knocked out early, a broken leg or two and some lost teeth wouldn't hurt my feelings either.
Megan Rapperhoe seems to be the ringleader. Seems like noone else told them that the USA WAS number 1 . In what, age of the team!

There is absolutely nothing patriotic about USA contestants openly disrespecting the American flag and the veterans who gave their live in its defense. Their is nothing patriotic about USA Olympic contestants posting anti American posts on social media posts and their espousing open disdain for America during interviews.
Well another good thing happened, the USA men's basketball got thumbed by FRANCE, 😮
I have not been watching much of the Games. Its kind of too bad that a few sh*t talking woke America haters even get on the team and screw it up for the rest.
I saw the BB team got beat........amazing.
We won the rifle match. Man his air rifle doesn't even look like a rifle.
We just won the women's fencing too. The woman who won was very patriotic. Refreshing to see.
I just happened to see this come up last night while channel surfing wife and I were sitting in the living room
Anastasija Zolotic became the first American woman to win a taekwondo event at the Olympics. in her weight class
she grabbed a American flag wrapped it around her shoulders then went back on the Stage
good to see at least one more proud of the flag and country
It's so odd that a country with freedom of speech and expression deeply rooted at its core would censor the thoughts and expressions of those representing it. Odder still is to use your opportunity to represent the country that offers such freedoms to act so despicably.
I don't agree with the notion that they should be censored but rejoice at the ash whooping they took.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Not watching any of it.
Neither am I SF, and because of the despicable actions of those representing this nation.

That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
This one doesn't bother me at all.
