I could be mistaken but I don’t think I’ve bothered to shoot a revolver in at least 10 years.
At one point I must have had a dozen of them.

Tuesday…….
Colt Cobra and Kimber K6R
Two weeks ago when I shot my S&W Model 37 Air Weight.
Prolly six months, or whenever the last time I fired a handgun.
About 3 weeks. K-38 Target Masterpiece, and a S&W Mdl 1917.
Prolly six months, or whenever the last time I fired a handgun.
Earlier today…Colt DS. I could say it’s because I have a bunch of .38 special, but it’s really because I’ve always enjoyed shooting that pistol…something about the way it fits my hand.
The only revolver I have is a Charter Arms Bulldog in 44 special. It's probably been 6-7 years since I last fired it, killing a sick raccoon.
Joe
About a week ago. I loaded up some 158 gr. semi wadcutters to shoot in my 686.
(I didn’t have to chase the brass)
Last week. Ruger Single Six 22 mag.
Last nite i used a ruger security six in 357 to kill a copperhead in the back yard .
20 minutes ago, bull moose got a liiiiiitle too close in the woods for my taste. Couple rounds from the Anaconda into the ground at his feet turned him around.
Now I have to clean the dang gun to make it all purty again.
She's pretty,, ^^^^^^^^^^
Yesterday about all I shoot. It's the bottom feeders that stay in the safe here
about a year and a half ago at out back yard shoot we had a 44 mag 357 mag a 22 and the big 50 cal S&W
Yesterday
Last week .38 LadySmith
Man I'd love to try one of those S&W 50s. I've talked myself out of buying one as a hiking weapon but still it would be a hoot.
Go ahead, put some hand loaded rounds in it with no powder and watch me flinch. HAHAHAHA. I still want to try one!
was not mine a friend of my youngest son had it over for out shoot good or bad he had the lighter less powerful rounds with him it still thumped but nothing like a full house load . next time he was to bring the big boy rounds but the covid rules knocked us out of so far . but looking forward to giving it a try .
add in one of my nephews who also likes guns had to one up me last fall he bought a 460 Weatherby magnum I have not got to shoot yet same reason stupid covid . I have had a 458 win mag for 30 + years as a big boomer for every one to have a a chance at so he had to go bigger and that's fine I can shoot his $$ down range a lot easier than mine LOL
also that's one handsome colt you have .
earlier this week when I got my new S&W 442, purchased right here on GB , put 55 rounds thought her , going to shoot it again this weekend if I can get the time
3 weeks ago on the 10th trying out the Ruger Single Six in 22LR and it may be a leaf killer but I'm not... I always enjoy my revolvers and usually shoot at least one of them every month along with the other types of guns I own.
yesterday. my son recently got a Smith model 36 in .357. that thing is a handful.
3 weeks ago I pulled out my Ruger single six conv't and shot six 22 mag rounds since I have a limited amount but 2 boxes of 22LR I love that piece and it will be probably one of the very few I keep this fall.
Been a few years ago..........maybe 3.........when I gave my mom a Charter Arms .38 for her house and took her to the range to familiarize her with it. I have bought 2 since then and not even fired them......................ammo is too expensive.😉
K-22 today.
Thursday evening, after owning this for around 2 years, I finally couldn't take it any longer.
2 weeks ago shot the Ruger 357
S&W 36 in 357 mag ??????? don't think so
about 20 minutes ago tried out some fairly hot Buffalo Bore 38 specials in my carry guns, Difinitely knew they were not your everyday special loads in the Ruger LCR but wasn't bad at all the the 315NG
Revolvers are REAL guns, not plastic, striker-fired, toys.
Been about a year since I shot anything 😪😪
we shot close to 300 rounds today Ruger LCR 38 spe. Ruger LCR 22mag and S&W 442 , also most forgot the Ruger GP100, also shot a kimber 45acp , XDs 9mm , S&W M&P shield EZ in both 380 and 9mm run a couple hundred rounds thought them
only had 1 problem of any kind and that was with the LCR in 22 mag it jammed totally , could not open the cylinder , couldn't cock it nothing , we ran a 22cal cleaning rod down the bore to make sure there was no obstruction between the cylinder and barrel , it was clear , finally pushing in on the cylinder release I gave the cylinder several sharp smacks with the heel of my hand and and it popped opened , what we found was that on the last round fired a small sliver of brass had came off the end of the shell casing and jammed into the barrel/cylinder gap , jamming every thing tight
Me To
Same.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
1999 or 2000.
Earlier on in the summer I picked up a used Charter Arms Mag Pug - 5 shot 357 mag revolver from the local Hardware Store.
Couldn't hit anything with it using 38 special or 357 mag. Looked closer at it and the barrel was full of lead. Ran a brush through a couple times with no luck. Took it back to the store and put it on consignment pointing out the leaded barrel to the shop owner.
Shop owner said the previous owner kept it loaded with snake shot. Get the feeling he couldn't hit anything with it either... It sold pretty fast.
A month or so ago, the same shop in town had a Nickel SAA (Pietta) 45 Colt on the wall. It was too pretty to pass it up and it came home with me. Fired some 45 Colt through it and hit my 25yd gongs with it reasonably well.
Today.......NAA Pug in .22 Magnum
