My doctor lifted my 10 pound weight restriction so my wife can get more work out of me now.

Oh, and I got a new bus this year.

Hacker Pschorr Oktoberfest became available last week. And the place I get the ‘non-big box’ beers from said that Wiehenstephaner Octoberfest should be in at the end of this coming week, so I reserved a case!

My building trusses are supposed to be here Tuesday. It will be much better news, if they are here Tuesday.

They have been on order since June 7th.

In case you don't know - or haven't heard - this is NOT the time to be building a new building. I had $80,000 budgeted for the project. I am on my second $80,000 now. This does not include the labor, as I am doing it myself.

One hundred feet by 36 feet with 12 foot sidewalls. It is my "Toy Box" for my military collection.

It will be a busy Winter moving The Collection from all of the various current locations to this building. I wanted to have it moved this Fall and spend the Winter getting it "organized", but I am four months behind schedule.

Went to a Blues concert last night and indulged with a lot of women around and my wife, 🤐, had the grandkids today with pizza over and did a small journey in my not a two million dollar Corvette. Great night and day.

Well, the Armyworms showed up in numbers for the first time that I can remember of being on this property... yeah not good news since all the googling said that it's too late to spray for them since they are already over an inch long and eating the crap out of my hay. So I'm sacrificing the second cutting to just mow em all down with a brush hog to try and stop their food source so they don't reproduce and ruin the last cutting in a couple of months... good news? I get to ride in the AC and radio tractor cab and drink beer while I'm doing it... LOL

I fixtated on the west fence. Weeded part of the garden. Filled the kitchen table with Maters.

Pig weed was a little out of control.

Didn't pick any cucumbers, green beans, or peas.

Didn't pick any zucchini, or yellow squash.

Our oldest daughter is coming down to visit and stay with me a few days. I'm taking her to the range to break in her new 9mm, and I am taking her and her baby sis out to dinner one night this week. 16 years between them, and they are still best friends.

I passed a Tim Taylor Stress Test today. The zero-turn got stuck in a ditch & I had to jack & winch it out. Worked hard at it & sweated out so much I had to re-hydrate with several adult beverages. Any way, my chest & heart felt great while & after working hard at it.

Had a young man call looking for a job today, said he was a fast learner and would show up to work on time.

    Sure hope so.

As said before Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. Nothing can top that especially in today's world.

A more complete cardiac report is indicated. Went for an annual stress test in July. It showed two additional blocked arteries the Stent from 2019 was becoming blocked and I had had a small silent heart attack . Went in for cath on July 27 . After procedure report from the doctor who is head of cardiology dept for Rex Heart and vascular in Raleigh. Apparently a false positive on the stress test x-rays. No new blockages , no heart attack and two arteries which had previously been partly blocked were clear . Praise to the Lord from whom all blessings flow

My last visit with my cardiologist went very well. I had been seeing him twice a year. He said I was doing great, and I won't see you for another year, 😀

I was going to say something about never needing to see a cardiologist in all of my 65 years but thought better not go bragging and poking the bear!! 😐️
