A team member has lost his mother, everyone here is hurting for him.

For the past while we have had one person working from home to care for his elderly parents. Its been a blessing to be able to figure out a way to keep a valued member of our team while making it possible for him to care for them. His mother passed away yesterday morning. I can only imagine what he must be going through. His father is not in the best of health and also recently lost a twin brother. To care for your parents is a huge responsibility and he has been a real trouper through everything that has come his way. I'm proud to know such a kind and caring person and I'm beyond lucky to have him on my team.

You are too sweet. He will appreciate that very much. I spoke with him earlier, they had left the funeral home and were on their way to buy his father something to wear to the funeral.
This week will be "light"....understandably. Having just two of us here has meant we did all we could just to handle the shipping for two days. I'm switching gears now and trying to get some listings up for the week. I've had to dust off some old skills that I haven't done in a while. Its good to jump in and do things like this every once in a while, it sure makes you appreciate everyone's job that they do.
