Got a foot of "partly cloudy" overnight

We woke up to 12 inches of Partly Cloudy and it's still coming down hard. It bent the birches over with the snow load and now trees are breaking from the weight. Power is out, running on the generator. But at least it's not officially "Summer" anymore!
Now we're up to 14-16" of the fluffy white stuff

Nice!!
Termination Powder...
LOL! More water to fish in come Spring!
Thank goodness the moisture we got here in my part of Michigan the last 2 days was only rain. My 3+ inches of rain would translate to about 30 inches of snow. That would be way to much of a good thing! It did put off a lot of my yard work for a few days until it dries out but unlike you I don't have to wait until the spring thaw.😀 Bob
Lucky bastage...
that will get the dogs peeing a little faster when you let em out, guess thats why the yellow snow is close to the door........
I have much to do before snow. Better get moving. Good luck with yours.
Yes we had the 30 inches of heavy wet snow October 31, 2011. We were without power for 8 days. 95 percent of power lines were down in town.
Glad to have the standby generator we had well water, heat, hot water, fridge and lights so we were good to go.
Pretty good storm there, eh
Yep I still need to winterize the mower and put it out, find the snow blower and bring it in...
you must have the same weather people as we do . nice looking partly cloudy 😁
nothing personal but I hope it all stays north . the older I get the less I like winter
and at least rain I do not have to shovel or have tons of salt sprayed on my cars by the state and local towns
Still coming down, we're over 24" now and my neighbor's 4WD is buried in my front yard.
Don't ask. She had a hard day.
Thanks for the pictures, I love snow. We also got 3.83" of rain the other day. I wish it had been about 25° out then.
