You would think the guy would offer free shipping on this item

Something a little fishy about this. $20,000 charge if you pick it up yourself with only a $1000 price on the item. Kind of looks like somebody might be trying to avoid auction fees. Bob
BobJudy if you read the entire description, he basically says that's what he is doing....
ETA: or were you using green font?😁
Nope, no green font but I guess I didn't explain my comment properly. If he sells through GB for a $1000 but actually gets another $20,000 for it, how is GB compensated for the true price? If he can do this what is stopping everyone from doing it? I could list a $1,000 firearm with a buy it now for $100 and a $900 pick up or shipping fee. Don't seem kosher to me. Bob
Well IMHO, it is not kosher, but here is what he is saying
"*Please note the shipping costs* Non paying bidders are a problem here and those fees are crazy high to carry on an item like this when they don't pay."
This is pretty blatant to me....
Filing a NPB claim, and leaving negative feedback will get you your listing fee's back......
People have been caught doing this before. CaptainFun would suspend their auction accounts if it was pointed out to him. CaptainFun was getting PAID, so that type of slide of hand was money out of his pocket.
Some of the proud new GB stockholders might want to pass a link to this auction on to Customer Service.
Cool project for someone who can handle it................but $20,000 plus for a broke down, un-armored.............track vehicle?
I will pass.
O.K. - done
Looks like the seller has a few feed backs and have their FFL
Looks like scrape metal to me!
