Hoping I find his people

This little fella wandered onto the farm today. He's a friendly fella. Wags his stubby tail like a propeller. No collar and to late to get checked for a chip tonight.
The other eight dogs who reside on the farm don't cotton to strangers. I have him sequestered in the bathroom for the moment. I posted his mug shot on Facebook with hopes that he wasn't dumped and is just an escape artist.

Cute little bugger.
Mule
Yeah, he's a cutie alright. Hopefully he just went on a walkabout.
Congrats on your new pup,,
That dog’ll hunt!
good luck I hope his owner(s) shows up . cute fellow
I have gotten to be a old softie when it comes to dogs and some what on cats 🤨 lost or dumped off
we have average 50/50 give or take dogs and cats . most we have kept no one clamed
last one was was about 4 weeks ago it about a year old husky very handsome dog . no collar no nothing but well behaved . friendly as could be but our dogs not so much on taking in another buddy .. My wife started the normal calling . ( I am always skeptical on who clams and would not just let any one say its mine ) ) but the fellow had a story it all made sense in place and time . and the dog was obvious missing him big time . ( his wife and kids I think had already built a gallows in the yard if the dog was not found . LOL but a happy ending for all .
Looks to me that he has already found his people. Bob
Susie, don't toss him out to fend for himself or some of we forum members will may have a little talk with you.
🤣😕
That is something I would never do. I was prepared to adopt Spot, the pup I had found on the interstate, giant paws and all. A friend who was in need of a pup adopted him. She and her son adore him and he is Uber protective of them. Over the years I have raised many animals who wandered into my life.
Susie, I hope you understand that I wasn't serious with my last post. I too am a dog lover. I bred, raised, and showed Bullmastiffs for about 25 year a few decades ago.
Woke up this morning to let Shiggles out. Checked on Rodney Strangerfield in the bathroom. No mess and he was eager to be let out. Thank goodness it was still a tad dark outside.
Standing there in the doorway with nothing on but my house coat, I heard a tiny meow. This little fella was in a tree by the gravel road. Luckily I was able to retrieve him before any cars appeared.
He was loaded with fleas. I gave him a triple bath in Dawn dishwasher liquid, towel dried him and fed him. He began purring as soon as I got to the tree and hasn't stopped.
Rodney on the deck with some of the crew doing the wiggle and sniff handshake.
Susie you are a magnificent person! Bob
“Hey, new dog, where’s your fluorescent collar?”
@susie "bath in Dawn dishwasher liquid, towel dried him" we did the same for our new addition per the vets instruction over the phone this am. He is a cutie and about the same size as the one the wife brought home last night. What ya gonna call the lil feller?
You're gettin' all kinds of new pets right now!
At the collar store. Shiggles slipped hers so I will be getting two.
Looks like you found Martha's brother in the tree.
congrats on the new pals
looks like were not alone when it comes to stray cats and dogs finding a new home we gained two more cats over the summer
Thats quite a crew you have. Congrats.
