"Liberty Brand" pistol made by the Norwich Falls Pistol Company from the 1880s until the turn of the last century. In additon to Washington, different pistols within the brand had portraits of Lincoln, Garfield and other presidents. As @Aztngundoc22 indicated, catalog sales were the brand's bread and butter.
Sears sold them but did not even recommend them. They were about the 'cheapest of the cheap' and were made for very limited use. This info came from a 1903 reproduction catalog.

That looks like a Sunday morning special............like, if you can't roll out from under the log that you slept with on Saturday night and can't chew your arm off........pull that beauty from under the pillow and use it to put yourself out of your own misery before "it" wakes up and wants more.
