S.O.B.?

I had some errands to run today and while out and about stopped into the grocery store. While perusing the aisles I saw some packages of chipped beef. It has been years since I fixed up a batch of creamed chipped beef on toast also known as S.O.S. I grabbed some and fixed it for dinner tonight. Lots of fresh cracked black pepper and it turned out excellent. That plus a bowl of cut up fresh fruit really hit the spot.

Now I have a question - since I substituted fresh baked buttermilk biscuits for the toast should it be called S.O.B. instead of S.O.S.? It is important to keeps ones nomenclature correct. A S.O.B. should always be referred to as an S.O.B, don't you agree? Bob
