A car plowed through the Waukesha Christmas Parade and people are injured, according to witness

A car plowed into the Waukesha Christmas Parade Sunday evening, leaving multiple people injured, according to witnesses on scene.
Multiple people were on the ground injured after the crash, which occurred shortly before 5 p.m., witnesses said.
Angelito Tenorio, a West Allis alderman who is running for Wisconsin state treasurer, said he had just finished marching in the parade with his family and friends and was walking back toward Main Street.
"As we were walking back in between the buildings that we saw an SUV crossover, just put the pedal to the metal and just zooming full speed along the parade route. And then we heard a loud bang, and just deafening cries and screams from people who are who are struck by the vehicle," Tenorio said. "And then, and then we saw people running away or stopping crying, and there, there are people on the ground who looked like they'd been hit by the vehicle."
He added, "It just all happened so fast."
Videos posted to social media, including a live feed of the parade operated by the City of Waukesha, show a red SUV breaking through barriers and speeding into the roadway where the parade was taking place.
In the city’s footage, taken from a distance, the SUV speeds into the parade just behind a school marching band.
There is a heavy police presence downtown.
The parade runs through the downtown area of Waukesha.

person if interest in custody wife just told me he has a long list of crimes to his record
if was him as he is just suspect now , and by the way out on bail
prayers to all the families injured and killed and the witnesses who suffered
there lot of video some from high advantage points as the suv mows down the people just a terrible thing some are very graphic so I did not post but easy to search for
I read 5 killed and 40 hurt this AM. Pretty sure those stats may change for the worse but pray they don't. I have a very hard time trying to understand the reasoning behind such an act and can only come up with such perpetrator's must be evil batchit crazy nut jobs!
News this morning said he was running from another criminal incident and wasn't trying to harm anyone.

That happened a bit over 20 miles from my house. Been down that road many many times as my favorite Ponza Rotta restaurant was only feet away from where this happened.
So was it a DA or judge that released him on a $1,000 bond?! And this was after he attempted to "run over" his significant other and MANY more serious crimes in his resent past?
