KVOK... Cranberry...
well my son called and said my worst fear came true, he killed a deer. so now i will be spending the evening taking care of that mess. temp tonight is suppose to be 52, a little too warm to let it hang. will quarter and put in coolers with ice. after that i may have a shot or three of pendelton 6yo rye.
Some Kentucky vodka …. Nice 👍
A Merlot at the moment. Depending on my lingering cough, switching to one of these.
My friends, Evans and Williams.
It would be fine overnight, but if you've got the time.
Congratulations to your son!
Myself? I'm hitting the tequila sours.
Helping the wife unit get ready for tomorrow.
My usual. Rum and coke. Used to be Captain Morgan but was introduced to Gosling’s Black Seal and am favoring it now. Store ran out of the 70 proof so had to buy the 151 proof. Learning to love it!
Svedka and juice.
Lots of love for this.
But that's sipping juice. Not destined for my lowly tequila sours.
How abut some Black Seal & ginger beer for a "dark & stormy."
I like me a little rum on the rocks
That’s good too but I like the fizz as it goes down!
Wild Turkey rye 101 proof.
Tomorrow you break out the Kessler blended whisky and the Early Times. Actually, Early Times isn't al that bad.
Wow, you guys and gals got some good elixir goin' on tonight. Nothing so exciting for me.
Well I could tell you guys that I was on my second coffee cup of Louis XIII, but nobody would believe me. 😉
I was in Vegas about 25 years ago (in the MGM I think) and the bartender in the lounge said that a guy walked in earlier, ordered a appropriate glass of Louis XIII , took a sip, and left. I asked the bartender if he helped finish it and was told yes and it was wonderful, even though he wasn't a cognac drinker.
Some folks have way too much money.
Tradition states if you order Louis and your order empties the bottle you get the bottle and the box it came in.
Little chance that happens for jeff!
Same here brother, at $9000 per bottle I won’t be having any unless one of them high paid moderators is buying.
Don Q con cola. Add a twist of lime for a Cuba Libre. I was stationed in Puerto Rico for two years, and developed a taste for Don Q dark rum. At one time while there, I was drinking a quart a day. Finally cut it back to 3-5 drinks a day when I realized what I was becoming.
After repeated requests, my local package store started stocking it, bless their hearts!
I enjoyed a few beers yesterday afternoon as usual. Today for Thanksgiving I will have a couple cups of eggnog laced with brandy. I will raise my cup in loving memory to my late brother Tom who shared many fine holiday meals in the past and always brought this favored mix to the table!
Two of my favorite rums
Beer as usual...
What he said...and maybe a couple shots of Bumbu rum...

"Spotted Cow" local brewed beer.
ever try sailor jerry. purdy good .
I just picked up a bottle of Basil Hayden's 10 year. I think I'll give that a go.
Port wine finished Woodinville Bourbon. Aged 5 years in a charred oak barrel and then put in a port wine barrel for an additional 6 months. Paired with a Room 101 Big Payback cigar (don’t know why the pic is on its side, I didn’t take it that way lol)
That's pretty decent stuff right there.
Brought home 3 cases of spotted cow, long necks, from Port Washington, WI this past July. After fishing for a few days, with the wife and squabs.
MIL, And wife unit descended on them. I got a couple.
Harrumph.
Decaf coffee !!!!....Need to get some sleep tonight !
Hoegaarden, a wheat beer brewed with coriander and orange peel. It's washing down my homemade chili.
