Bourbon suggestions

My realtor just informed me that he has a buyer for a property we have for sale. I'd like to get him a nice whiskey for a gratuity. Something around $100.
Any suggestions? He's about 28 years old.

I’m not a bourbon connoisseur but W.L.Weller Special Reserve is nice.
Mule
Maybe after closing but not before signing the documents.
Only if constipation is an known issue or you have a grievance.😂
Mule
Not much of a bourbon drinker myself, but never had any complaints when I have served this.
I would rather have $100.00 worth of chicken nuggets than bourbon.
Jeffersons Ocean. Makes many top ten lists.
Well I somewhat a neophyte at this "better" Bourbons thing as my budget won't allow many of the higher end Bourbon. That said I will yield to Mark C, Austin 20, and Susie and other connoisseurs who know that they are doing.
Stick to the subject...bourbons. I don't want to see another word in this thread about MacDonald's.
@jimdeere with some careful shopping, you should be able to find a bottle of Eagle Rare 10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon. It's only weakness is that it's 90 proof rather than "high proof" (over 100). Even so, it is excellent and has a nice flavor.
bending the rule a little, 6yo Pendelton Rye is an excellent whiskey in the $50-$60 dollar range. kinda sweet going in, lots of finish. 91.5 proof so plenty of alchohol.
Id probably buy a half case of what I normally drink for that money, LOL
The Real Estate agent should come up with gift😉
15 yr Redbreast
I'm making a lot more than he is.😎
There's always this.... it's a heady FIVE YEARS of gentle aging in its cask. I have ketchup older than that.
Do you know he is a whiskey drinker would be my first thought. Buying him a very nice $100.00 bottle of bourbon is nice but what if he drinks Miller Lite?
😕
But it can’t touch the delicate nuance of potatoes found in this rare beauty.
Too exotic to give as a gift? For sure it’s a rare bird.
Aren't you the clever fellow. Duly noted. Maybe not today, but this won't end well.
Very tasty with a velvet finish = SIPPING Whiskey !!!
+/- ... $110.00
Elijah Craig Barrel Proof is an uncut small batch of 12 year-old bourbon bottled straight from the barrel. A121 is the first release for 2021, bottled at 123.6 proof. ... I hope he's an OLD 28 😉
When we bought our house the real estate agent gave me a bird feeder to put on the tree out front. I didn't give him anything- never thought of it. When I do my job, I get paid and that's it. Maybe a thank you, but not often.
Love ya, man. 😂
@cbxjeff has a good point. Just because we enjoy a drop of fine malt doesn't mean others do too. My South Afrikaan neighbor tried for years to get me to enjoy Speyside Scotch and it was a losing battle.
Since it's the holidays and all, how about this? It's way better than Baileys and priced about the same. It's exotic being from South Africa, and your 28-yo realtor can for sure get his significant other to share it with him. Which leads to....................... one very happy realtor. 'Nuff said.
With his commission he can afford his own bottle
