I have to wonder how and why though. He wrote this:
"Had a customer buy 12 pistols on a on line auction, he had them sent to me for the transfer. My question is do I need to do a multiple pistol form or would the auction company be responsible for that?"

Is his name Biden, by chance?
Is his name Erick Holder?
...Without idiots, how would we know who the smart people are...
LETS GO BRANDON' 😊 ☺️ ☺️
😃
Probably in CA.
Fellow needs to read his handbook for FFL transfers.
Being uninformed, stoopid, don't carry much weight with the big boys/girls.
Takes all kinds to be this special
You could give him a choice: Six forms w/two guns per form; four forms/ three guns; three forms/four guns; two forms/six guns.
Always reply in kind!😉
OOOOOOr just tell him to drop by once a week for the next 12 weeks.🙃
What was the context on this? Did he email you asking? Run across it on a message forum?
Just curious where you got it from. Obviously it is something any ffl should know though.
Not knocking any of the fine upstanding 01 Dealer FFLs that hang out here- BUT-
I have held an 03 C&R FFL since 1976. And I STILL find Dealers that have no idea what an 03 is, what it covers, no I don;t need a 4473, thanks, no, I don't need a background check. How do I know that gun is older than 50 years? (Because the company that MADE it went out of business in 1906) Yes, will gladly give you my ID so you can verify that IS my FFL. Need to verify FFL, phone the ATF. I DO have 3 LGSs that have a copy of my FFL on file.
It was on a Facebook forum visited mainly by Type 01 FFL holders. He asked the group at large.
