Well this sucks. Power went out about an hour ago after a big storm blew through.

Sitting in the candle lit basement, feeling like crap. Hopefully they get us back on line in the morning. OK. Whine off

Times like these call for wine on. Preferably a nice Argentine Malbec.
And cheese, must have cheese with whine.
but the computer still works but no lights
I guess I am spoiled. We installed a whole house generator about 15 years ago. When power goes out it kicks in and we go back to the usual
Are ya still with us this morning?
Hullooo? Anybody there?
Just charged my phone off a portable storage battery. Utility company in the area. Just waiting our turn.
Up and flying....5 minutes at the pole down by the road and they were gone...
Smart phone is a wonderful thing.
we got lucky last night , no real damage other than part of the houses ridge cap got tore off and in town my daughters lost part of her back yard fence
You folks must have got a pretty good lick through there last night. Glad everything's up and running again.
I am on generator power now. Wind gusting to 60 could be a couple days.
Ive been out of power for 24 hours and one more day to go. Have a small Champion generator that works great.Trees down all over. Hell of a storm!
I didn't go the whole house generator route. Just a disconnect, a sub panel & 4000 watt portable generator. It runs the freezer, fridge, fan on the wood stove, a coffee pot & yes Susie, the wine cooler.😉
I see I really had nothing to whine about….I hope things get back to normal for you all soon
Got poweer back after 3 days. Winds were clocked at 70 MPH
Good to hear you are up and flying !!!!
lost 12 feet of my back yard fence last week during the big wind storm sheard those 4 x 4 posts right in half.
