9:00 this morning.
10 degrees, sunny, a fresh blanket of snow squeaking underfoot.
It does not get any better than this.
Freedom and a submissive populace cannot co-exist.

Beautiful!
Looks like a nice spread you have there. 😉
Very nice
May I ask where "here" is? Great photo.
Off the deck at home in the foothills in North Idaho.

Thanks, enjoy and have a great new year.
Nice!
Magic Dust ! :-)
Beautiful photos !
"Fresh blanket squeaking underfoot"????
I've got 8 feet of the squeakers I'd gladly send you. Just give me your shipping address! 😂
At the risk of appearing ungrateful, no thank you. You might overshoot him by a hundred miles or so. I understand that Dano would like it though.
Christmas eve it was 91 degrees F here(north-central Texas).....................our highest December on record.
Whew................!!! :)
Very, very beautiful!! When I was young I would have loved being out in that snow. Now, I love looking at your pictures. ☺️
3 degrees this morning. Just back from a, well, brisk walk as the sun begins our new year.

First morning in about a week that we didn't wake up to fresh snow, -8 though.
Beautiful, pingjockey.

Your picture was beautiful, is that a fairway out behind your house?
Yeah, winter is here too.
It is our practice facility. The course starts over the ridge in background.

Nice, just far enough to be safe from duffers like me.
Going to be awhile before the meadow camas blooms.
That's beautiful, ping. It gives me hope.
Your's not so much!😁 Reminds me of the 60's along the Minnesota/Iowa border. We would get lots of wind with a storm, fields would be bare but roads would be 12' deep. People would drive to town through the fields as long as it stayed cold enough.
Yesterday it was 77 here in East Texas, today it is 27. 😮 Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
If you can't feel the music; it's only pink noise!
Well we keep getting dumped on here (also near-ish to Don). It's pretty but not quite as cold any more.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
