Mine was given a couple months back and I have held and will continue... No Junk Foods. Tater chips, cheetos, those apple pies, cherry pies in a box, fast food, and set a limit on no more that 2 cokes, pepsi, sprite or whatever a week.

I made a resolution about 55 years ago. It was to never make another resolution. So far I've kept it. I'm pretty proud of my stamina.

That is kind of mine also. We have been on Keto and then started cheating the last couple of weeks being on vacation in FL and then the holidays.
