well, after much soul searching i called a local auction and he is coming to pickup about 80 firearms ...all but a few in new or like new......i set out to save a few but ended up with way more than i intended in the safes....kept among others several buntline revolvers .....made new barrels up to 16 inches long, threaded and re shouldered for 0.003 to 0.004" cylinder gap with 11 degree forcing cones....and setting sights...lot of fun but time to go now that my time is short.....

How much time do you have?
Your last sentence is troublesome, hoping only the best for you.

Yes, troublesome. Hoping all is better than it sounds.
Well somebody has to ask -
How short is it ! ? 🤣
I sincerely hope things are not as dire as you imply.
I hope your time is much longer than you think.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Do you have a terminal illness?
I'm going to echo others.
thanks guys...diagnosed heart failure.....got a combo defib/pace gizmo implanted....and 20 pills a day ....but not how i planned the "goldenyears"
were all pulling for you , miracles and science move fast
speaking as some one with heart issues I hope the best for you
I also just read the post on here , about the fellow who just got a pig heart .
Thinking good thoughts for you.
Prayers for you.
i got my pacemaker in 2015. was on about 15 meds to start. now only 6 different meds as the problems have improved. cheer up man, cardiac treatments have improved night and day since 2000. live your life as normal as can be. when its time, no amount of doctorin' or worryin' is gonna amount to a hill of beans.
Prayers for you from our house.
Prayers for you my friend . My offer still stands.
sending some healing prayers
I'll pray for you, friend. Us Kansas guys have to stick together! Hang in there!!
This hits the nail on the head. I know at least a half dozen folks using pacemakers and cardiac medications. When their time finally comes, it'll likely be something besides heart issues. Follow the doctor's advice and know our house will be offering up prayers on your behalf.
Don’t give up just yet! I’ve known multiple people who had pacemakers installed including my BIL who had it done in his 40’s. He’s still going strong in his late 50’s. He hunts and fishes still. Best wishes to you!
Prayers
I have had a pacemaker for 15 years, 68 now. A-fib was the culprit. Meds are the worst of the issue, drop you heart rate the de-fib picks it back up
Just about got a man made heart, Pacemaker,Watchman, stints, cyroablations. Don't have a clue what is next.
Now I remember what I was originally going to post, neighbor has had a pig valve for several years, seems to be doing ok. Biggest issue is his wife finds him out in the yard rooting up the flowers but on a plus he can easily find truffles.
Shucks, been a long day. Last part was supposed to go on another pig discussion. Ya'll got a twofer☺️
Prayers sent from here.
