Dangerous rifle for sale

There is a NEF rifle for sale that is dangerous and will injure someone. It is item #922481285. It's being advertised as a SB2 frame, and it's not! This is a case-hardened SB1 frame that someone has put a 30-06 barrel on and the frame will not tolerate the pressure. The auction ends in 12 hours, is there something that cam be done?
I heard about this rifle on another forum and had to see it myself. The member contacted the seller and was told, "Don't bid on it". This is blatant disregard for the person who will be injured by this rifle. I know this isn't the right forum, but I emailed gunbroker. This being the weekend that email will not be read until the auction ends. Can a moderator please do something?

You emailed Gunbroker? You mean you contacted Gunbroker Support? If you did that, you did all that any of us on the forums can do.
They're not dangerous at all! It's the person handling the gun that is dangerous. Anyone who */U/ME/s is vulnerable to a tragedy. This seller has been warned and chooses to ignore the danger and puts the buyer's safety at risk. That constitutes negligence, conscious disregard, and is punishable under the law. To know the inherent danger and so doing nothing would make me morally complicit. I have concern for others, that's why I've posted this. I only hope, if this sale goes through, the buyer is educated enough to check the serial numbers or have it inspected by a gunsmith.
