Had two 3" Pythons a few yrs back and when prices skyrocketed I sold them both. Tough day sending the last one out. Told myself that it would be unlikely to ever own another. Well just closed the deal to pick up my new one tomorrow. I am a very happy camper

Congrats on the new Colt. I was at a gun show in Des Moines Iowa last Sunday, I counted no fewer than 8 of these 3" Pythons on dealers tables. One dealer had five of them stacked up all priced between $2100 and $2500.
My two older ones..I had paid if memory doesn't fail.. something like 1k each. They were not new when purchased. However when those prices went up.. out the door they went.
I had an Anaconda that set me back $600. .................................................... if I could just find another one at that price. 😁
That's one sweet lookin shootin iron.
Heck yeah,congrats
That's pretty!!
Congrats. Please let us know how you like it!
Why not get two of them...

Let us know what you think of this new one compared to your old ones. Ive heard the internal design is different and Im curious about the triggers on them.
It could only get better than that crappy stack action on the old Pythons.
Real world. Not as smooth action as older python's. You can hear a little click click click on cocking by you had better be listening for it. Trigger pull same way. Not as smooth but crisp. Overall fit and finish. Very nice.
The FFL seller was cool. NO added Gunbroker charges, transfer fee, or shipping .
