3.25 Here in SC and climbing

That’s a bargain compared to the prices here in Illinois. $3.60 a gallon.
And we’re a long ways from Chicago.
It has actually come down a nickel or so near me in mid Michigan. The closest stations to me are in the $3.25 - 3.35 range. Of course it is mid week and the prices will probably go back up by friday. Bob
We jumped here in northern lower Michigan from 3.09 to 3.35 in just the past week. Outside of town in the in between gas stops the prices are about 20 cents higher.
Up in your neck of the woods I always drive into town to get gas instead of the high priced stations at the off ramps. I also always try to fill up before going across the bridge into the U.P. Of course every nickel I save then gets contributed to a slot machine at one of the casinos before I get home.😀 Bob
LETS GO BRANDON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
$3.18 here at Michigan's sunset shore - at least it was about 30 minutes or so ago. But I heard on last night's news that it will be going up. That sort of newscast, in my opinion, can cause a rise in cost all by itself.
$3.29 at the nearest station, a Loves truck stop TX
up .25 overnite.
Yea, but y'all haven't seen any "MEAN" tweets! And the world is SOOOOO stable(green font and puke). Thanks Joe!
3.29 in Ga, was barely over $1 not long ago with a real leader in place. Just sayin!
That's what happens when your man in the White House shuts down needed pipelines and a crooked energy Secretary giving him advice 😡

87 octane. $3.69 in Monroe, upstate NY. Two back to back nights 10 cent increase each. Thank God I am retired. At these prices how can anyone afford to drive to work. So many people I Know were fired because of mandates. Sorry, but it is doom and gloom around here.--------------------------Ray
$3.69 up here in New York State on the Vermont border. Ten minute ride into Vermont and its .25 cents a gallon cheaper..
I am afraid this is just the beginning.Hope I am wrong, but we better be ready.
All the wild fires, floods, hurricanes raise the cost of everyone. Sorta like the govt does it business
Caused by executive orders by one single human being: Joe Biden.
DBMIVFT
$3.50 eastern nc . Up 15 cents overnite
The same here
If only gas was the only crazy price
I am sure most all of you made a trip to the grocery store lately
3 years to go there will be little left of this country
Even mid terms may not save us
Yesterday I reported gas at $3.60 a gallon, today it’s $3.70 a gallon. The good news is this summer J.B. Pritzer plans on raising the gas tax again here in Illinois. In away I’m kind of glad the price is up, let’s those that voted out of hate because we were energy efficient, and because we had a good economy
enjoy the fruits of their decision to vote the way they did.
Yesterday, the lowest.....here in north Texas....was $2.97 a gallon.
BUT.........if/after Vlad lobs the first shell over the Ukraine border.......watch WTI oil go up 20 bucks a barrel.....overnight!!
Some more of my $0.02.
+1...

$4 for unleaded, $4.20 for diesel in Oregon.
Wow
Diesel 3.99 in WNC Monday, 4.05 today.
But then again this station is almost always .5 to .10 cents higher than everyone else.
Most are 3,89 for diesel and 3.39 for push water.
Filled up the truck yesterday for 3.12/ gallon here in central MO
3.09 in local town a couple days ago 3.15 in the rural gas station down the road
I get a 10 cent discount per gallon on gas at the pumps at our nearby Meijer's if I use my Meijer CC. Never thought it was all that great of a perk until recently!
I heard on the local news that possibly $7.00 a gallon may be the future.
$3.57 here in S/W CO...

Local gas in so. west Va. jumped to 3.29. Wally World was at 3.19 but I filled up for 3.09 at a station that is at war with Wally.
I don't go to town often, I did today.
Most people measure their mileage in MPG...miles per gallon.
I measure mine in MPT....months per tankfull.
I last filled up, all 14 gallons, in November, don't need gas yet, may need some next month.
But I saw gas at one place for $2.99 in town today,
Suburb of Denver.
We in Alaska feel your pain and we'd dearly love to make it better. We have billions of barrels of oil under our feet.
Biden had to nominate someone for Dept. of the Interior, and (of course) he nominated an indigenous woman. Our senior senator Murkowski fell all over herself endorsing this nominee, Deb Halaand, and voted to confirm her.
So what happened as soon as she was confirmed? She shut down the approved permits for exploration and development that Trump had pushed through in the 1002 and NPR-A areas.
Looking into my crystal ball, I see Biden shutting down pipelines for no apparent reason. I'm hoping and praying he doesn't decide to turn off the Trans Alaska Pipeline that moves our oil to market. Why? Two reasons. #1 It will remove 90% of our state's revenue, making us all welfare recipients, and #2 the hot oil will cool and become a cold tarry mass in the line, and the pipeline will NEVER come back online again after that.
Don't think he's not too stupid to do this.
There are no easy answers, buy electric vehicles and watch your utilities rates skyrocket! Here in Texas The natural gas rates along with electricity are going up for most states including Texas because the Republican government here would not weatherize their so called independent power grid after last year's deep freeze event.

While the MidCon and Texas regions experienced budget breaking prices, widespread interruptions of gas supply, and utility operational flow orders in February, the impact was felt well beyond the area. Any region downstream that relies on supplies from those supply short areas felt the unexpected pain through the interconnectedness risk they have with the MidCon production regions. Although not as extreme as the MidCon spike, other areas that should expect to see sticker shock in spot priced gas when February invoices arrive include the Chicago area, south Texas, Arizona, and California markets, as well as south of the border in Mexico as many of those supply contracts reference U.S. based indices. Whether your location was impacted by this once in a lifetime event or not, a review of your procurement strategy is recommended to make sure that it matches up with the risk that comes with this new gas market landscape.
Yep
Most of the people are clueless as to why gas and energy prices are going thru the roof because they get their news from social media and the major networks other than Fox. These people are sycophants whose gray matter goes retro when they enter a voting booth.
90% of what passes as news today consists of lies and pro DEMOCRAT propaganda. Ask a Biden voter why we have inflation and high gas prices and they will blame Covid, Trump, or GOP.
Biden could care less about Americas status in the world or wishes to ruin it altogether: Doubters should look carefully at the Afghan withdrawal.
Exactly
Brandon and ALL Democraps hate this country. That's why they do EVERYTHING they can to Destroy it.
l remember watching Brandon sign ex' orders stopping KEYSTONE and the WALL. He was dancing around like he'd PEED his pants😲
While at the same time approving Russia's gas pipeline! Look how great that worked out!
3.06 today
I remember as a young fellow making 1.35 a hour I would use 10 maybe 15 dollars for my weeks gas budget but I drove the wheels off my car untold miles on weekends and boy howdy 10.00 in gas was a great weekend ahead 5.00 at a time was common to have money to buy a couple a burgers and cokes lol a few times I had to tell the gal next to me sorry cruising is done for the weekend not often but acouple times I was embarrassed but lived thru it
I had several buddies who never had my problem they all carred a debit card well really a long section of garden hose and the local bowling alleys and skate rink provided many gallons of donated fuel
Gas prices did not matter to them
Nanuq907, Never underestimate the stupidity of our current administration.
