I have always thought I was open minded and generally enjoy listening to other's thoughts and opinions...even ones I disagree with....
Finally had enough and tried out the feature.....it is a good thing. Thank you Mods for getting it up and running..

Although you can't ignore mods or admins, you can rid yourself of troublesome forum members.

I've got 2 that I'm about to purge. One has gotten much better but post only with pictures from the 20's.

Excuse me for being a little ignorant here, but there is some feature here you can do and it will stop someone from coming on your post? Please use Layman terms account of computers aren’t my strongest area. I’ll play the age card if that’s alright.
Go to the offending member's profile (just click on his name):
Click the little on target next to Message (in our forum it is green instead of blue) and the ignore option will present itself. Click on ignore and that will be the last you'll hear or see from that specific member.
@montanajoe, who worked closely with GBHQ to set this up, said that you can ignore up to 20 individual members. Have at it!
If you use the "ignore" feature they can still comment but you do not see the body of what they posted..
Yes, the member is merely being ignored. He is not sent to...
Almost sounds like the perfect setup to be bombarded with "Disagrees" from the offended and ignored individual. 😯

Originally, GBHQ was only allowing each member a maximum of five ignores.
Joe and I had to go back and explain to HQ that with GB forum members, ignoring five members won't even cover their A-List.
Do administrators count in the 20? Or are they exceptions😉
The ignored poster can still post, but he doesn't know he is ignored.
