No interest in the ar but that cricket would be just the ticket for my 6 yr old granddaughter. She's already convinced she's hot stuff. With that in her hands she'd be IMPOSSIBLE!
Read the disclaimer at the end of the description on the AR......Makes me want to make a bid 🙄
Marlin 1895 Tactical Lever Action Rifle 45-70 Govt JM - Lever Action Rifles at GunBroker.com : 927491097
I like a nice lever action rifle but these seem a might out there 🤨
I’ll see your Marlin and raise you a Mossberg…..Hahaha!!
Oh my.....you win !!
I had someone try to trade me a High Point carbine that had a trigger job and the action slicked up according to the seller.
“Also has a Hellfire trigger mechanism installed, doesn't work, remove it at your lesiure, use it at your own discretion/risk, it is VERY finnicky and may easily trip while loaded, it's designed for rapid fire.”
Hmm…think I’ll pass, but its honorable that he’s upfront about the craziness!
Somehow I was expecting more accessory rail
The Colt needs some low profile tires on 24" rims, fuzzy dice, and curb feelers to go with it,
That little Cricket is cool! I bet any kid would love it.

Going to have to fold... you guys got way too much on me.
there is some burnt fabric on the barrell I can't get off from a previous case.
makes one wonder just how hot that barrel was at some point
Oh Ya I can see the Grand kids having fun with one of those
Looking at it from a kid‘s perspective, I think you’re right. I would probably have loved it too. Just struck me as funny having all that swag on a single shot .22.
The Crickett aside, I always wonder, what is the obsession these days with threaded barrels? Seems like, regardless of make/model, caliber, or class of firearm, folks just MUST have a threaded barrel. I don’t get it.
, folks just MUST have a threaded barrel. I don’t get it.
i have several , never used them but it doesn't bother me that they are there and it's a whole lot easier for the factory to thread the barrel than it is to do it as a after thought , if one decided they want a brake or suppressor on it
Kids hell! I'd use that little Cricket. A nice scope and a suppressor would make that a dandy little ground squirrel gun.
Funny how times have changed. Back when we were kids, cool was a Mossberg 42 or 46 or maybe an Ithaca 72.
