I took a loss for the year but over all made good money.
I just sold all my Walt Disney stock. I cannot continue to support a company with their ideals. I have had the stock for 30 years and its done good but the BS they are throwing around now it too much for me.
So bye bye Walt.
By the way they had one of the best looking stock certificates around.

I spent three weeks at Disney in Anaheim back in 2005?? It was a strange place to say the least.
Was everyone asking you what character you were, since goofy was already taken?🤣
Walt died in 1966
My grand kids are at Disney World this week. They send us a picture if the 5 year old and 7 year old wearing T-shirts that said "Best Day Ever". Their dad was wearing a shirt that said"Most Expensive Day Ever'.
I spent 3 weeks there one day in Orlando. Sure seemed like it. I must have walked 10 miles and that was just across the parking lot to get to the place.
I was working there installing equipment in their shop.
They have gone too far placating the .8% of the population in this country. F__K Disney.
I am just one guy but I am going to start pushing back anyway I can and one way is with my money.
There are too many other vacation options available for Disney to get ONE RED CENT from me. To each their own, BUT y'all's money is what pays for their LIBERAL AGENDA! I say go to the beach, local zoo, local water parks, hiking, or any where that is not using YOUR money to kill this country! Gotta stand for something!!

I also have stock and will be selling it next week. Too bad, the scenario is litterly ruining a great American tradition.
I gave up on Disney when they pulled.............."Song of the South"............what a classic.
Sunshine wanted to go to Disney World on our wedding trip. (Left Kentucky, went to DW, then to my hometown east of Amarillo, TX). Enjoyed it.
Took #1 son there when he was 2/3 years old. He enjoyed it, (didn't get excited, not his style🙄) but seemed to have a good time. Stayed up all day both days, never got grumpy, just wanted to do "Small World" too many times.
First day we got to the car and put him in his car seat and he was out like a light before we got out of parking lot.
Second day we put him in his car seat and he grabbed his pillow and by the time Sunshine and I were in our seats he was gone.
Don't think I'd go back, even with grandkids.
I've been there once back around 1998 for a SolidWorks convention courtesy of my employer. I spent some time at the presentations but more at the pool w/ beer just watching all the young ladies while their guys were at the workshops - had a great time. I guess there were some rides there somewhere also.
We have been to Disney once several years ago . Been talking about going back , doubt that will happen now. Too damn woke for me and mine . As others have said ,Walt must be spinning in his grave .

I can't say much here but they've had these views for along time. Just now they're front and center
Yes, he did, but his will and his spirit shine through all of Disney productions, even today. Walt Disney was an atheist, a progressive liberal, and a proponent of a one-world government. He appeared to be family-friendly while promoting his evil agenda. His successors are carrying on the tradition.
