Look at this five shot group.

I didn't shoot it. Five shots 100 yrds .308 175 gr. Black Hills fired from a Sako TRG-22.

Nice group. I have a Rem 700 in 22-250 that will do that with some Varget and 50 grain Ballistic tips.
Cool., but he missed the bullseye.
Yea, a little high for my liking. Try again at 150 yards, should be just right! 😁
Nice group.
Not bad, I bet that Tubb rifle you have for sale will do that or maybe better.
Really nice group, and with factory ammo, too!
I have a .243 Ruger M77 that will group like this using my 95 grain Nosler BT handloads. That's a incredible group. Many people claim to be able to shoot this good, but few actually can. When I shot my Ruger with similar groups, I was much younger and had much better eyesight. I don't know if I could do it now without a machine rest.
That's almost as good as my "typical" one shot group!
I once put a five shot group into a falling oak leaf on a windy day at 100 yards.
Iron sights of course and I was mounted on a horse.
You’re group isn’t bad either.😀
I shaved the hair off a gnat's leg at 500 yards with 10 rounds from my crossman 760 and the gnat later came by and we shared a beer together, but this is a pretty good group too.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
I can put 5 inside and orange size spot at 300 yards with my guns(270 & 7mm-08). Inside 2inches at 200 yards. EITHER will kill what I hunt! I am not into paper punching. I'm more of a shoot to kill kind of shot! 😁😎
PS......those leaves are deadly, so don't miss one, you will regret it when they rush you!
Yeah, yeah, but can you hit a floating leaf at a hundred yards with a 22 revolver?
Very nice group. Just high enough for hunting to 200 yds.
Few guns and few people can shoot that group at 100 yards. Im not much of a betting man, but Id put some pretty heavy money against anyone who says they can.
Very, very nice. Much better than I ever got with my miserable collection of 1903, 1917, 98 Mauser, British Enfield and Jap miliary sporters. I think the 7.7 Jap was the most accurate.
I once stood 5 bullets side by side on a bench without knocking them over. My best grouping yet. Well except for my revolver’s speedloaders.
I have a Savage 243 model 16 with the accu trigger, stock and barrel. With that rifle I have shot that sized group on two occasions. They were both heady experiences!!
But then I returned to my normal which is angle of deer all day long shooting a little under an inch with that rifle.
Very nice group. Accurate rifle with a good load that it likes.
Been there, done that but could never do it with any regularity. I guess that is what separated me from the good shooter category and firmly placed me into the mediocre class. Bob
He's getting close. With a little more practice I'd say he finally hit the bullseye eventually.
That's why guys like us prefer shotguns Bob......
I was taught to "Aim High" in everything I do. That is some good shoot'n!
I was taught to aim low 'cause they might be ridin' Shetland's.
I was taught to aim center mass!
That's some mighty fine shootin' somebody did there. That resembles the 50 yard six shot groups from my 45 Colt Blackhawk, when I fan 'er from the hip.
Nailed it !!!!. 😁
Although I will admit that with what little shotgunning I have done the last couple of years, I'd be hard pressed now to even achieve mediocrity. That's gonna change this year and I have promised myself to burn up a few more flats of shells at those pesky clay pigeons. At least that's the plan for now and you know what they say about the best laid plans. Bob
My Red Ryder can out shoot most of the customers shooting at my local indoor range.
That is a very respectable grouping, I wish mine were always that good. Some days are way better than others.
Shotgun? As long as I throw over a soft landing spot, I cam make a case of birds last all day. I break more putting them on the thrower than I do shooting at them.
If Bull Chit was music, there would be quite a few bands associated with this forum!
