Yup it's the gun's fault. Stupid ol Glock they jam and blow up all over the place. I will go get all of mine and throw em away right now. If a Glock is jamming it is usually ammo or mag related but most of the time it will be OPERATOR ERROR.
Interesting article. I wonder how long before a fame seeking civil rights attorney stops up and takes the case. Obviously it will be a mental illness defense and those of us that are of the Caucasian persuasion are to blame for him being nuts. I find it strange that he has a long rap sheet that starts long before his purchase of the Glock in 2011. With all of those arrests obviously there were no convictions for a felony because he passed a background check. Did all charges get pled down to a misdemeanor? Probably another example of revolving door criminal justice. If that is the case, what use are background checks?
Another thing that I had noticed and this article reinforced, eye witness accounts are almost worthless. About the only thing they got right was that he is black. If not for leaving the keys to the rental truck and by some reports, his credit card behind, they would still be looking for a 5'5" 170# black guy instead of someone 6" taller and 75# heavier. Leaving the evidence behind makes the crazy defense even more likely. Seems like either he wanted to he caught or wasn't mentally capable of planning his successful escape. Bob

This guy was crazy. He left his Glock and mags at the scene along with the keys to his truck, his ID and some other items. He was found by citizens just walking down the street.
Police arrested him at a mcdonalds ... duh duh duh duh duh...
